This website is operated by Willunga 100 (ACN 052 865 120), a company registered in Australia.  Throughout this website the term “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Willunga 100.

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.willunga100.com (our site).

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.  By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms of website use, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referred to or available by hyperlink.  These terms of website use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Accessing our site

By agreeing to these website terms of use, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age if you are in Australia, or at least the legal drinking age in the country in which you are accessing our site.  You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or in violation of any laws in the country in which you are located (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Products and services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or service may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order your place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Our liability

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. Uploading material to our site
